Cabrini Malvern is seeking a warm and compassionate Pastoral Care Practitioner (Grade 1) who will be responsible for the delivery of high quality, culturally safe, person-centred spiritual and emotional care that addresses the needs of patients and families. The role will also involve offering grief and bereavement follow-up support for families.
