St John of God Health Care (SJGHC) is currently seeking an outstanding individual in the role of Group Manager Mission Integration to support leaders to facilitate an authentic expression of the organisation’s Vision, Mission and Values in their hospitals and services. Reporting to the Group Director Mission Integration, you will be an active and key member of the Mission Leadership Team, with strong strategic, operational and influencing skills, and a model of servant leadership that enables other senior leaders to embed Mission practices and values through their work.
The role will be based in Perth and will provide professional support to Directors of Mission Integration and executive teams across SJGHC's Western Australian hospitals and services, to develop and enhance their skills in leadership of a Catholic health care ministry. You will possess the visionary and strategic capability to initiate, implement and evaluate new projects and initiatives to advance Mission integration across the organisation. You will have experience in creating and facilitating impactful formation programs and in supporting the discernment of significant decisions aligned with organisational guiding principles.
A sound understanding of Catholic social teaching, tradition and scripture is essential with an ability to translate the fundamental principles to a contemporary health care context and to a diverse range of people.

This position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis, working 76 hours per fortnight.
