The Role: 

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced spiritual health practitioner to lead and support the Spiritual Care team at Northern Health, as Spiritual Care Coordinator. This role requires leadership and vision to lead the team through change, facilitation of supervision and mentorship, and a commitment to ensuring the spiritual needs of our culturally and spiritually diverse patients and families are met.


To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • Motivation to lead a team in providing compassionate, patient centered care
  • Experience in the provision of Spiritual Care to patients and families
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills in the context of a complex healthcare system
  • Commitment to working collaboratively with others
